My name is Fayleah Pi’ikea Thomas, and I’m the owner and baker behind Icey Cakecussions. Baking has been part of my life since childhood, inspired by my mom’s passion and creativity in the kitchen. 

After my mom’s passing, baking became a meaningful way for me to honor her legacy. 

I specialize in Custom Cakes, Gourmet Cookies, Luxe Cupcakes, and Custom Desserts. My interactive Mobile Dessert Cart, where guests can build their own personalized creations, is what sets me apart.

Before pursuing baking full-time, I worked as a Healthcare Operations Manager. When unexpectedly being laid off due to federal policy changes, I took a leap of faith and fully committed to pour into my talent, building a dessert brand that’s deeply rooted in family, love, and intention.
